For this project, the client requested a single wrap label that honored the legacy of their newly renovated 1903 building. We drew inspiration from the elegance of Art Nouveau—pulling in flowing lines, botanical accents, and architectural motifs—to craft a label that feels both timeless and grounded in place. The result is a design that bridges past and present, celebrating heritage while elevating the brand’s story on the shelf.

Using our in-house WSET Level 2 certification, we restructured their wine education to reflect industry standards—shifting the focus from basic service to confident storytelling and guest connection. We introduced approachable coaching sections to help staff overcome common sales barriers, upsell with intention, and think beyond the glass to deliver an elevated, guest-driven experience.
