Payments are managed through HoneyBook, a secure client management platform used by many professional service providers. HoneyBook allows clients to review service agreements, receive invoices, and submit payments through a secure online system.
Event and project dates are reserved once a service agreement is signed and the retainer payment is received. Remaining balances are scheduled according to the service agreement and event timeline.
Clients can submit payments through HoneyBook using a credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer, and a confirmation receipt is automatically provided once payment is completed.
HoneyBook uses industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing to protect client information.
